What I support

  • Individual Therapy

For adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity shifts, and life transitions. My work is relational, attachment-informed, and trauma-informed, supporting clients in understanding patterns shaped by early experiences and present-day dynamics.

  • Child & Adolescent Therapy

Therapy for neurodivergent children and teens, as well as youth navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, and relational stress. Parent or caregiver involvement may be incorporated as part of treatment to support the child’s progress and wellbeing.

  • Somatic & Experiential Therapy

An integrative, trauma-informed approach that incorporates body-based, creative, and experiential methods alongside talk therapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and integration.

  • Addiction & Recovery–Informed Therapy

Individual therapy informed by work in residential addiction treatment, supporting those impacted by substance use, trauma, mood disorders, and high-stress environments.

Approach

My approach draws from evidence-based, trauma-informed, and attachment-informed practices, including relational and experiential therapies, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based skills. Techniques are thoughtfully adapted to each client rather than applied rigidly, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, relational safety, and meaningful change.

FAQ

  • Yes. My work is trauma-informed, meaning therapy is approached with care for the nervous system, pacing, and emotional safety. You do not need to identify as having “trauma” to work with me. Many clients come in for anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, or feeling stuck, and deeper experiences may naturally become part of the work as trust and readiness develop. Therapy is always collaborative and guided by your needs.

  • Yes. I frequently work with clients who struggle with people-pleasing, over-functioning, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions. Therapy focuses on understanding these patterns through an attachment-informed lens and developing healthier, more balanced ways of relating to yourself and others.

  • That’s very common. You don’t need to have a clear goal or diagnosis to begin therapy. We can start by talking about what’s bringing you in now and work together to clarify your needs over time. Therapy is a process, and part of the work is figuring out what support looks like for you.
