For adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity shifts, and life transitions. My work is relational, attachment-informed, and trauma-informed, supporting clients in understanding patterns shaped by early experiences and present-day dynamics.

  • ADHD & Neurodivergent Support

Therapy for individuals navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, and the unique stressors of neurodivergence. Sessions focus on practical tools, self-understanding, and strategies for daily functioning and wellbeing.

  • Somatic & Experiential Therapy

An integrative, trauma-informed approach that incorporates body-based, creative, and experiential methods alongside talk therapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and integration.

  • Addiction & Recovery–Informed Therapy

Individual therapy informed by work in residential addiction treatment, supporting those impacted by substance use, trauma, mood disorders, and high-stress environments.

therapeautic approach & methods

My approach draws from evidence-based, trauma-informed, and attachment-informed practices, integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, parts-based work, relational and experiential therapies, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based skills. Interventions are thoughtfully adapted to each client rather than applied rigidly, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, relational safety, and meaningful, sustainable change. Together, we work to understand patterns and protective strategies while building practical tools for regulation, communication, and daily life.

Sessions may include somatic awareness, guided internal dialogue, and experiential techniques that invite deeper connection with internal emotional, protective, and cognitive systems. This process supports integration, clarity, and increased choice in how you respond to yourself and others.
