Beyond Productivity
An 8-Week Virtual ADHD Therapy Group for Women
You may know exactly what you need to do, yet still struggle to begin, follow through, manage time, or stay consistent. Perhaps you’ve spent years working harder to compensate, only to feel overwhelmed, burned out, or ashamed when familiar strategies stop working.
ADHD affects much more than productivity. It can shape emotional regulation, relationships, self-esteem, motivation, and the way you understand yourself.
Beyond Productivity is an eight-week virtual therapy group where women with ADHD can feel understood, explore their patterns without judgment, and discover supportive strategies that work with their brains.
This Group May Be for You If You:
Feel capable but inconsistent
Struggle with procrastination, time blindness, or task initiation
Become easily overwhelmed or emotionally flooded
Experience perfectionism, over-functioning, burnout, or chronic self-criticism
Have difficulty maintaining routines that initially seemed promising
Feel misunderstood in your relationships
Want practical support without being told to simply “try harder”
Want to connect with women who genuinely understand the experience
A formal ADHD diagnosis is not required. Women with diagnosed or suspected ADHD are welcome.
What to Expect
Each 75-minute session combines ADHD education, meaningful group discussion, experiential activities, and practical tools. This is not a productivity boot camp. The purpose is to better understand your brain, reduce shame, build sustainable supports, and feel less alone.
Between sessions, participants will be invited to try small, personalized experiments, not perfect homework assignments.
What We’ll Explore
Group themes may include:
Understanding your ADHD patterns with curiosity rather than shame
Motivation, task initiation, time, and executive functioning
Emotional intensity, overwhelm, and nervous system regulation
Perfectionism, masking, burnout, and self-criticism
Communication, boundaries, and ADHD in relationships
Creating realistic routines and supports that work with your brain
The group will be responsive to the experiences, needs, and goals participants bring each week.
