This group is a space for women who want to understand their patterns, feel more secure, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

This group focuses on healing anxious and avoidant relationship patterns through a supportive, insight-oriented, and experiential process. Together, we’ll explore attachment styles, emotional triggers, communication patterns, and the deeper roots of relational anxiety. Sessions may include guided discussion, practical tools, and experiential exercises to help you move toward more secure, grounded, and authentic relationships.
