my approach
-

Relational & Collaborative
Therapy is a collaborative process. I work alongside you to understand your experiences, relationships, and inner world, rather than imposing a rigid agenda or one-size-fits-all model.
-

Creative & Experiential
While talk therapy is foundational, I also integrate somatic and experiential approaches when appropriate, including movement, art, sound and music, guided imagery, and experiential exercises that support emotional awareness, regulation, and integration.
-

Grounded in Safety & Pacing
We move at a pace that feels safe and attuned. Therapy is not about forcing change, but about creating enough stability and awareness for meaningful, sustainable growth to unfold over time.
My Style
My therapeutic style is relational, warm, and collaborative. Sessions with me tend to feel thoughtful and grounded, while also human, expressive, and at times surprisingly light.
I pay close attention to pacing and attunement, moving at a rhythm that respects your nervous system and lived experience. We may slow things down, get curious about what’s happening in the moment, and gently explore patterns, protective strategies, or different parts of you, without pressure to fix or perform.
While I hold space for depth, grief, and complexity, I also believe healing includes reconnecting with joy, playfulness, and parts of ourselves that may have gone quiet. Sometimes therapy is about grieving what was lost; other times it’s about rediscovering pleasure, creativity, laughter, and emotional range.
I bring warmth, humor, and an upbeat presence when it feels supportive, especially with children, creatives, and neurodivergent clients, to help therapy feel accessible, alive, and relational. My goal is to create a space where you can experience the full spectrum of emotion and feel more connected to yourself, others, and life.
